Treasure Coast Salt Strong Local Chapter Meeting Minutes

Time: 6:30 PM – 8:00 PM

Attendance: 33 members present (including 3 first-time guests)

1. Call to Order:
The meeting was called to order by Chapter President Mike Schulze. Due to some technical difficulties, the meeting was delayed by a few minutes.

2. Opening Remarks:
Mike Schulze welcomed attendees and provided an overview of the agenda. He thanked everyone for their continued participation and support of the chapter.

3. Member Fish Stories:
Members shared recent fishing experiences and notable catches. Several attendees discussed their latest fishing trips and strategies that worked well in local waters.

4. Guest Speaker Presentation:
Our guest speaker did a fantastic job teaching members how to target snook. The presentation covered prime locations, bait selection, and techniques for increasing catch success. Members had the opportunity to ask questions and gain valuable insights.

5. Tournament Winners Announcement:
The winners of this month’s chapter tournament were announced:

• 1st Place: Tania Schulze
• 2nd Place: Ronald Miller
• 3rd Place: Mike Charbeneau
  Congratulations to all the winners!

6. October Tournament Rules:
Details on the upcoming tournament were discussed, including the rules, eligible species, and entry requirements. Members were encouraged to participate and share their catches.

7. Raffle:
A raffle was held, and several members won prizes. The excitement and participation made for a fun addition to the meeting.

8. Closing Remarks:
Mike Schulze thanked everyone for attending and participating. He reminded members of the next meeting date and encouraged continued engagement in chapter activities.

9. Adjournment:
The meeting concluded at 8:00 PM. It was a great night filled with valuable learning, fellowship, and enthusiasm for fishing.
