Agenda:

1. Opening and Welcome:

The meeting started promptly at 6:30 PM.

The meeting was opened with a prayer by Mike Schulze.

2. Transition of Leadership:

Walt Laurel announced that he was stepping down from the position of President.

Mike Schulze was introduced as the new President of the Salt Strong Treasure Coast Chapter.

3. President’s Vision:

Mike Schulze gave a short speech outlining his vision for the chapter.

4. Fish Stories:

Members spent 20 minutes sharing their recent fishing stories.

5. Casting Competition:

A casting competition was held with a “backyard bass” setup.

Each member was given five casts to catch as many fish as possible.

The first-place winner caught four fish, although the name was not recorded.

Ron Miller and Mike Charbeneau tied for second place, each catching three fish.

The first-place winner received bragging rights and a “Skinny Lipper” lure.

6. October Fishing Tournament Results:

The results of the October fishing tournament were announced.

First place went to Brian Dapelo, who won $60.

Second place was awarded to Doug Shaw, who received $50.

Third place went to Vern Schaejbe, who won $30.

7. Action Items:

Mike Schulze to create a survey for future tournaments.

Mike Schulze will create a survey for the next event, focusing on desserts.

The chapter considered a potluck, but due to a guest speaker, it was decided that a dessert event would be more suitable.

8. Next Meeting:

The next meeting is scheduled for December 14th. Please mark your calendars accordingly.

9. Closing:

The meeting was adjourned, and members were encouraged to reach out with any questions or suggestions.
