Sheepshead Tacos

I decided to make fish tacos with the sheepshead I caught on Saturday. The first step was to make the coleslaw. I started with a coleslaw mix from Publix and then made the dressing.

The Dressing was a mix of mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, and Frank’s Redhot powder. I did a cup of mayonnaise, 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar, 1 tbsp sugar, and 2 tbsp Frank’s Redhot powder. If you do not like spicy you can just drop the Frank’s Redhot powder. Mix the dressing and coleslaw mix together and then put in the refrigerator for at least an hour.

Next, I add the fish to a baggy and marinate it in avocado oil and seasoning. I also added fresh jalapeños from my garden.  I put the fish in the refrigerator to marinade also.

Once the fish has marinaded for an hour, I pulled it out and tossed it on the grill. Once the fish was about done, I threw two tortillas on the grill to warm them up.

I pulled everything off the grill and then put them together. I really love fish tacos and these ones did not disappoint. I hope if you try these you let me know how you liked them. Have a blessed day my friends!
